I have heard that this is the current end all, be all in terms of these new methylated PH's. One important for me is the fact that you don't need as much on a mg basis so the liver toxicity should not be as big of an issue, per say. I am also into staying lean, so this product is of great interest to me....

I liked it much better than M 1T. More strength, better gains, almost zero sides.

What were the sides and how bad?

The post I read about it on this site made it sound pretty dangerous...I'm not sure though, thats just what I got from the post/article on this site.

for those that have tried, I guess my main concerns would come in these areas:

-acne
-lethargy
-liver value downregulation....I know this is an obvious issue, but since you need only 1-3 mgs per day, I would imagine that cycles could be longer in duration in comparison to M 1-T (maybe 4-6 wks or so?)

Also, if I do this soon, I will post blood work (in terms of liver values/function) both prior to and post administration....

Loki, fair enough, my history has predominantly come from non-methylated substances...... For the most part, at least in real world trial and error, I am somewhat of a newbie with regards to effects of these substances (with the exception of reforvit mixed with a little childrens tylenol and liquid b-12 back in the day )

Yeah-- the only other thing I noticed was acne, but-- after treating it with B-5 & Stridex-- that went away pretty promptly.

Me neither, but I'm just interpretting it broadly as "bad stuff happens to your liver." Then it makes perfect sense...

Anyway, I was not aware that b-5 helped with the acne. I have never had a problem, but would always keep some primrose oil and tetrecycline around for that reason, so..thanks for the tip
