I posted this in a few topics but noticed it probably needed more of a global attention and location. Unfortunately most of the mods here don't have access to the main operations of the BN facility. Therefore we help the best we can.


While the main guys at BN are trying to clean up this section and help you with your ordering issues, sometimes there are times when a response isn't followed up here in a timely manner. Due to the delays in responses in this section, I am providing this information here for quicker acceess to help resolve your problems faster. I got this information off the BN's main website.

I will still be in charge of such situations, so I promise the customer service will not slip any. I also handled a majority of the emails so some of you may know me from there.
