I was wondering what people's opinions are on the 10 g/day glutamine restriction stated on the bottle of NO-Xplode. I was taking it for about 4 weeks and am taking a break so I my body doesn't start getting used to it. What is the reason behind the glutamine restriction, because some products even say that glutamine supplementation w/ NO products enhance its effects. Just a bit confused. |

if your using glutamine after for recovery, than it shouldnt interfere with your NO product because your done lifting anyway right?
