"Methyl-Dien is only a single double-bond away from the 'ubersteroid' 17a-Methyl-17b-Hydroxyestra-4,9,11-Trien-3-one, one of the most anabolic (as well as hepatotoxic) steroids known to man."
Um, one of the most hepatotoxic steroids known to man? Just what does this mean? If it's that severe, do we really want to be using it, or am I missing a point somewhere? Another question: How can this POSSIBLY work at a 1mg dose? The initial info coming out on M-1-D is that it is "1.1 times as anabolic as M-1-t." That's mathematically nearly the exact same amount. If it's only 1.1 times as potent, how does a 1mg dose accomplish any effect, compared to a 10-20mg dose of M-1-T? |

Hepatotoxic = Harmful to the liver...this is why abusing this and many other supplements is considered a bad idea. As far as mg/mg comparison w/ M1T, 1mg of MDien should be the equivalent to 8-12 mg of M1T. I could be wrong on those figures so if anyone has conflicting reports I apologize. It is important to remember that 1mg of a substance might not be in the same ballpark as another. Case-in-point...be careful. Good luck

Just because its a single bond from Methyltrienolone, it doesn't make Mdien that hepatoxic. I think you misread..."one of the most anabolic (as well as hepatotoxic) steroids known to man." That does not refer to mdien, but rather, Methyltrienolone.

I have posted a few updates done on one of my testers(supersolider) of bloodwork done from a Methyl-dien cycle. It is extremely low in liver toxicity and after adding 600-1800mgs (per day depending on carb intake) of 1fast400.com R-Ala to his cycle his liver values have decreased significantly.
Making R-Ala a much better choice as a liver protectant as well as all of its other benefits. Effective doisng for the avg 170lbs person should be in the 3-5mgs range. 200+lbs or with more ph/aas exp. may need a 6-8mg dose. It has been tested past 10mgs per day although there does not seem to any benifit higher then that. -------------------- Sldgehmr

Small structural changes to steroid molecules can make a DRASTIC difference in its properties, effects, and actions.
Methyltrienolone is dangerously hepatotoxic. MethylDIENolone, conversely, is-- in my opinion-- one of the 'safest' methylated androgens currently available (and demonstrates a much more favorable androgenic/hepatotoxic profile than 17aa-1-Testosterone). I think 1g each of ALA/N-A-C on-cycle, followed by silymarin (milk thistle) & additional N-A-C during PCT will keep your liver values well within a healthy, normal range for the extent of a Methyldienolone cycle, if you are indeed overly concerned... -------------------- "So next time you [PLINK=4481]see[/PLINK] the homey and his rims spin/ just know my mind is working just like them/ the rims that is..." - S. I'm wondering if Methyl D with interact with any medications I'm currently taking. I currently take Paxil CR and Klonopin for panic attacks. I've tried NorAndro w/o any problems, but stimulants like Ephedra have made my panic attacks worse. Any chance there will be negative interactions b/t chemicals (liver issues etc.), or cause panic attacks to worsen? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
