Muscle Synergy
I have read in Ed Byrd's book about taking NO2 with creatine that it's a double bang. Does anybody have experience with this? Can I mix NO2 with Muscle Synergy or is it overkill?

I personally think NO products are a waste of money. Look for osmolyte (cell-volumizer) products instead, they are far more anabolic when coupled with creatine.
