What do you guys think about 19 diol?


I'm considering buying a prohormone for a trip that I'll be taking. I just want the safety of still progressing without carrying an "illegal supp" with me to another country. Here are my stats

150 @ 18%
on 1st cycle of anavar 10-15mg/day and winni 12.5mg/eod

My goals are to gain and keep as much strength as possible without adding excessive water/bodyfat.

19-nor converts to nandrolone, or deca. It's a low androgenic compound and is usually recommended to females who want to use androgens/PHs.

What kind of delivery method do you prefer? Transdermal or oral?

Probably oral. Sounds more convenient. Transdermal probably wouldn't be for someone on the go all the time in whats soon to be the middle of summer. Haven't tried ph before so you guys enlighten me. I just wanna make sure I get the right thing before blowing money on something I can't use cause of sides. Anymore suggestions, KOW?

My recommendation would be 19-norandrostenedione and maybe a low dose of 1,4-andro. In your case, the dione version of 19-nor will be a better choice because the conversion enzymes are different in women. I linked to a 19-nordione product at the bottom of the page; I would use 500-750 mg, maybe more.

Considering your goals, you may want to add some 1,4-andro in as well, in the realm of 400-600 mg. It does have androgenic effects, but they are low relative to the anabolic potency.

David, could you explain the difference in the conversion enzymes in men and women? I can sort of understand a 19-dione being "not as taboo" with a female as with a male, but do both genders not use the 3b-HSD (think that's the right one) to convert?

Okay, so now that I know what I should use, does anyone have any opinion on the difficulty level of making one's own orals with the HBPCD (sp?) product? I'm checkin out the LMR Norandrovar product as well. Any insight would be hepful. Thanks again...

I would go with the cyclo since you ll get more out of oral dosing and wont need to worry about a transdermal. You will have to adjust doses as the cyclo has a better absorbtion.

It works better in women because of progesterone if I remember correctly. That is what makes DHEA work better in women. Women have more progesterone then men and that aids in the conversion process.

I've never tried making a cyclo, it looks pretty easy though. There's also the Ergopharm Cyclo Nordiol product. Not the dione version, but still saves you the hassle. I would still take it in pill form at least before bed, because it will last longer in the system that way. Also a cyclo will require dosing more often.

But remember for a women and getting more out of a cyclo the overall dose is less then and tab would give. Even if she dosed 3 times per day, you would be getting a much smaller dose.

you're only option is nordiol, However, there is an understanding thant 19 nordiol converts to nandrolone AKA Deca, and i've seen women experience virilizing symtons at low doses of Deca

Okay EC, here is my concern. I feel very strongly about not advising young people to take things they shouldn't. So before I type a response I check their profile to see what age they listed. Your DOB says 1978, which would put you a little over the age you listed on this question. So can you verify your age once more so I can feel more comfortable that we are advising someone old enough?
